Faster Erection
The Plantation steel building is the only structure of its kind that virtually anyone can erect quickly and easily. The use of light weight components means no heavy equipment is needed. And each building comes with complete easy to follow erection instructions and details. The standard frame can usually be erected in two days or less.
Strong, Corrosive Resistant
All structural members are triple coated, corrosive-resistant, high strength 50,000 min. psi galvanized steel tubing.
Steel Post Frame Roof and Side Panel
Panels have wide striated ribs on 6 inch centers which create an especially bold effect on large surface areas. Five manufacturing steps that include prime steel, zinc coating, pre-treatment film, epoxy primer and a polyester finish ensure long term durability. The high ribbed profile provides superior rigidity, load carrying capacity, and high strength-to-weight ratio. Plus excellent tensile strength ensures lateral stability by uniformly distributing wind and show load. The interior side has a white finish to maximize light reflection.
Special Anti-leak Design
When installed, panels overlap to create an exceptionally tight fitting lap joint to insure a dry, weather-tight structure even under the most severe weather conditions.
